The house faces south and receives lovely morning light from the mountain, which shines on the door, barn, and side yard, making it feel happy all day! There is a shaded yard area for outdoor relaxation beneath large, lovely sugar maple trees, as well as lots of sunshine and space on the property for you to create or care for your own garden!
